What can you expect from your reflexology treatment?

Your first treatment will be approximately 1 ¼ hours to include a full complimentary consultation. We will discuss your current health and lifestyle to enable you to get the most from your treatment.

The treatment will take place in my cosy, custom-made she-shed where I have a warm, comfortable, treatment bed for you to relax on. You only need to remove your socks and shoes. There’s no need to worry about smelly feet - I will gently cleanse them before using oil or cream to aid the massage treatment. The treatment starts with gentle stretching, warming and massage of the feet followed by more intense (but still gentle) and precise techniques to ‘work’ the reflex points on each foot. The areas treated and pressure applied will be tailored to your personal requirements.

Further treatments generally last for 45 minutes to an hour.
